Start with the email you already use.

You have an email address, old messages and files your team needs. The setup starts by listing what stays, what moves and who needs access.

Your written scope sets out the accounts, inboxes, files and devices included, with the price and planned finish date. You approve it before work starts.

Migrate your email to Microsoft 365.

Your existing provider and mailbox contents determine the migration work. The plan covers the messages to move, shared addresses and domain settings that route your email.

Your plan can start with GoDaddy, Google, or your web host's email.

Agree the changeover window and checks before switching. Your staff need to know how to sign in and which inbox to use afterward.

Give company files a shared home.

Decide which folders belong in SharePoint and which people need access. File migration and device setup go into your scope when needed.

Your setup record shows where the files live and how your staff open them. Existing storage is reviewed before you decide what to keep.

Know what was set up and where it lives.

Your handover records the accounts, shared inboxes, file locations and domain settings. It explains how your staff use the setup and where to turn for help.

Ongoing IT support is a separate service. Any care after the setup is agreed in writing.

Then map the work you still type twice.

After setup, the next step offered is a free workflow map. Pick one request or job and trace how it moves through your email, files and other tools.

The map ends with an automation quote for you to review. Start by connecting what you have. A custom dashboard comes later if the work calls for it.

A setup completed inside a trucking office.

Before you book

Moving your existing email

Your current provider, mailbox contents and access determine the migration scope. Gestech has completed an email migration for a trucking office. Your inboxes are reviewed before a plan is quoted.

Keeping your business email address

Bring your domain details to the call. The setup plan checks access to your domain settings and sets out what is needed to use your existing business address with Microsoft 365.

What the setup includes

Your written scope lists the user accounts, shared inboxes, SharePoint folders, migration work and devices included. The quote reflects your current setup and what needs to move.

Planning the changeover

The changeover window and checks are agreed before work starts. Timing depends on your email provider, mailbox contents and access. Your scope records the planned finish date.

Support after the setup

Ongoing IT support is quoted separately from the setup project. After setup, you can also take the free workflow map, which ends in an automation quote to review.

Bring your inboxes to the first call.

Walk through your current email and file setup in 30 minutes. Start with what your team needs to keep and what needs to move.

No commitment until you approve the written scope.
